PREVENTIVE SUSPENSION

We have been informed that you took part in the theft of a laptop on [Date]. Your
involvement in this criminal activity was captured by the video surveillance camera
installed in our company premises. You were also apprehended by security personnel,

In view of this incident, you are preventively suspended for a period of thirty (30) days
effective immediately.
You are also directed to appear before an investigating panel headed by [Name of

administrative sanctions.
