Ingredients
3/4 kg bangus, cleaned and boneless

1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

1 tbsp MAGGI Soy

1 pc calamansi, juiced

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Add freshness with tomato, red onion and salted egg ensalada.

Directions
1. Season bangus with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper. Add MAGGI Soy and calamansi
juice. Set aside .

þÿ2. Preheat a clean grill. Coat bangus with vegetable oil. Grill for 3 4 minutes per side. Remove
and set aside.

3. Cut into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and serve with Ensalada of onion tomato and
salted egg.
