WHAT IS YOGA?
 Citta Vritti Nirodha – Yoga is the suppression of modification of the mind. The
literal meaning of Yoga is Yoke.
 Union of one-self (jiva) with Universal self (God / Goddess / Almighty / Nature).
 Yoga can strengthen one’s body, breathing and mind through Asanas, Pranayama
