Other Terms

 GST extra as applicable.

 Billing cycle monthly to be paid within 15days from the date of invoice.

 Maximum Liability: Rs 1500 or value of the invoice whichever is less

 Minimum billing amount per month - Rs 3000

 Security Deposit - Rs 5000

 Volumetric Weight Charge : All the shipments whose actual weight is lesser than volumetric
weight, then volumetric weight will be charged as per calculation given below:

Surface Mode : L*B*H (in cms) / 4750

Air Mode : L*B*H (in cms) / 5000

Insurance: If the client opts to pay Risk Surcharge, maximum value of Rs.25000 is insured.
However, if client opts for COF, in case of any loss of shipment DOTZOT’s maximum liability
will be Rs 1500 per Shipment or invoice value whichever is less.

POD Soft copy: DotZot will be providing POD statements in case of dispute and on client’s
request and will be available only for a month from the date of delivery.

Minimum Billing Policy: Client will have to pay minimum billing amount of Rs 3000 /-, if the
monthly bill is less than Rs 3000/-.

Security Deposit: Client will have to draw a cheque of Rs. 5000/- in the name of “ DTDC
Express Limited ” as a refundable security deposit at the time of contract. If client’s business is
above Rs 10000 for 3 consecutive months, Security deposit of Rs 5000 will be refundable and
adjusted against future bills.

COD Remittance: COD remittance to client will be done every week and a remittance report
will be sent to client. Every month DotZot will do reconciliation for the shipments booked in the
previous month.

Payments Terms: Bill will be submitted to client on monthly basis and same should be paid
within 15 days from the date of invoice. Service Tax and any other government levy shall be
applicable.

Operations: DotZot will make 3 attempts to deliver the shipment after that shipment will be
RTOed to shipper with applicable undelivered reason.

CRM Support: Every client will be provided with CRM escalation matrix at the start of
business. They can reach out to their dedicated CRM executive as and when they require support.
User login to our system will be provided to track shipments dynamically and generate delivery
reports.
