PREFACE
All Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His messenger, Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬.
By the grace of Allah Almighty, “Understand Qur'an Academy” has been producing
unique and fresh content for Qur'an learners to help them understand the Qur'an in
different ways.
The academy is now pleased to introduce this beau ful book (125 Words of the Qur'an).
In this book, we have collected 125 of the most frequently occurring words of the
Qur'an. Each word is presented with its root le ers, transla on, translitera on, Qur'anic
example, and the number of mes it occurs in the Qur'an along with other
combina ons. The color codes for verbs, nouns and par cles are also maintained along
with eye-catching natural scenes.
This book is very useful for adults as well as for children. You can use it to memorize or
revise the meanings of the Qur'anic words. You can play different games based on
transla on, iden fica on (verb, noun, or par cle), examples from the Qur'an, and the
occurrence of the word in different combina ons.
The best way to use this book is to study our course, Understand Al-Qur'an and Salah
– the Easy Way. The course will help you learn and memorize these words very easily,
in-sha-Allah.
