• Examinees must wear BJMP~uniform (Bush Coat- JCOs and GOA -JNCOs) and bring BJMP
IDs for easy identification. \The i same set of uniform will be observed by designated
examiners and proctors.
• Examinees may use pens an~ pencils.
• The list of qualified examinees, examinees' guide, and the attendance sheet to be used
during the examination is posted in the BJMP website which you may reproduce for
easy reference. Cut-off date for personnel who met the Q5 for respective ranks was set

• Four sets of questionnaire will be given (Set A for the rank of J02-J03, Set B for the rank
of 5J01 to SJ04, Set C for the rank of Insp - Clnsp and Set D for the rank of Supt)
• Only those personnel included in the list is qualified to take the exam. Some personnel
from other regions may ta~e their exam in your region as long as it was coordinated
with the DPRM-NHQ till May 11, 2011 and their names appear in the list provided.
• Exact number of questionnaires will be disseminated, hence, reprodudion is not

2. Attached as guide are the directory of examination site, list of examiners and proctors and
examinees' guide. Immediately notify the OPRM reached at 92?6383 iocal 106/107 for concerns and
monitor your region's email address or the BJMP website for up to date reminders and guidelines.
3. Furthermore, please ascertain that jaiis wili be appropriately manned during this endeavor.
Ensure the exercise of an honest, efficient ahd effective conduct of the examination.

MEMORANDUM
1. The conduct of the promotion exam for all ranks will be simultaneously
conducted in all regions. The Regional Office will provide the venue for the conduct of
PROMEX on Saturday, May 14, 2011 only. Moreover, skeletal forces must now be established
in all jail units. Issues/concerns regarding the schedule must be immediately relayed to this
Directorate for comment and decision by the promotion board. The list of examinees is based
on submitted/endorsed Personal Profiles now posted in our website, wwv'/.bjmp.gov.ph. Use
this as basis for the seating capacity and arrangement of your examination area.
3. The NHQ will reproduce the questionnaires. Exact numbe[ will be dispatched to
regions according the list posted in the website. The confidential examiners will also check
the answers to deter subjectivity. Answer sheets will be duly coded and must be transmitted
to DPRM (Attn: Morale and Welfare Division) immediately after the examination. Filled-up
answer sheets not submitted immediately on the day of examination will not be
accommodated. Failure to participate on the PROMEX on the specified date is deemed a
WAIVER to be considered for promotion.
4. For any queries I concerns regarding the inclusion and non-inclusion of our
personnel form the official list and other matterls regarding promotion, the Morale and
Welfare Division, DPRM as NPSPB Secretariat may be contacted at telephone number (02) 927
63-83 local 106 or 107. All complaints, pleas, requests after May 13 2011, will not be acted
upon.
