 Minimize the downtime of the plant in time critical situation.

 To attend cold and hot Startup and Shutdown activities both in field and in desk
during emergencies.
 Daily report preparation on fuel consumption, total power production and plant
efficiency.

Project detail

PRDS steam pressure and temperature require for the plant is 15kg/cm² and 300°c. For
that desire pressure and temperature main steam pressure and temperature
respectively reduce from 88 kg/cm² and 530°c to 15kg/cm² and 300°c. The require
pressure and temperature for PRDS motive steam get from turbine 1st extraction above
12 MW. Above 12 MW PRDS steam taken from main steam line is cutoff and taken from
turbine 1st extraction. This method avoid attemperation of main steam temperature
from 530°c to 300°c .This improve plant heat rate by 2 kcal/kwh
