 CONCLUSIONS

In this evidence we can conclude that the logistics processes of any company must be
precise taking as an example the logistics that is handled in the TCC Company starting
from the collection process to the delivery process where the final service is to send the
shipment to the Destination in good condition and that the client feels satisfied.

So that the English language is a language that is being globalized worldwide and
therefore we must practice it to be able to have better communication since it is so
important to have better logistics nationally and internationally.
