inlingua® Proposal for Foreign language training

1. inlingua® International School Of Languages.

This method is closest to the natural method of learning languages. We follow certain principles
in the class. Some of them are:

5. Program Duration & Fees.

inlingua Bangalore offers training in French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Mandarin
languages at 4 different levels i.e., 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B. Each level is for duration of 48 to 60 hours
and is split into part 1 and part 2 for duration of 26 hours each. The fee structure for each of
these languages/levels is as below:

6. Program Schedule.

7. Certification.

inlingua Certificates are awarded to all students who successfully complete the training
program. These certificates are recognised and valid across the globe for travel purpose, visa
requirements, jobs, admission to foreign varisities etc.

8. Placements.

inlingua Bangalore works closely with all the leading corporate, IT companies and MNC’s in
Bangalore. These companies are looking at hiring our students who have completed the
inlingua certificate program in one of the foreign languages. These candidates would be
working in different verticals and their starting salary would be twice the salaries offered to
students who are not proficient in foreign languages.
9. Operating Terms & Conditions.

i. Each batch would comprise of minimum of 15 students and a maximum of 20 students.


ii. Minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory for the students to be eligible to appear for
inlingua exams and certificates.
iii. The college would have to ensure that the foreign language training programs are allocated
dedicated time slots in the college time table and to ensure that the language classes are not
cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute to accommodate other student extracurricular
activities.
iv. Only students who have made full payment would be allowed entry into the class. Any other
students and faculty members wishing to avail demo classes or attending classes without
registering for the programs is strictly not allowed.
v. All payments to be made entirely in advance.
vi. The Course Fees and Courseware Charges are not transferable after the commencement of
the training program(s).
vii. The College shall not make any changes in the confirmed list of participants without first
communicating the change(s) to inlingua. In any case, inlingua cannot transfer the Course
Fee and Courseware Charges to another participant who replaces a confirmed participant.
viii. Fees once collected will not be refunded under any circumstances.
ix. The college shall designate one person to coordinate with inlingua as a single point of
contact (SPOC) for academic and administrative matters for the entire duration of the
training program.
x. All payments towards training programs need to be made out in favour of ‘R.S.Schoolof
Languages’ and payable in Bangalore.
xi. inlingua would provide each registered student the course material on receipt of the full
payment.
xii. inlingua can start the batch only when there is a minimum batch size confirmed per level,
per time slot.
xiii. That inlingua would ensure that trainers are available at all times as per the classes
scheduled and attendance and smooth functioning of all the language classes should go on
without any disruptions whatsoever.
xiv. In the unlikely event of any absenteeism of trainers – unintentional or intentional – inlingua
would :-
a) Duly notify the college of such absence
b) Duly reschedule an alternative trainer / class / date as the case may be.
c) Ensure that the course is completed as per schedule without omission of any sessions.
xv. That inlingua would extend to all college fraternity the opportunity to continue further
classes at their sole discretion beyond levels 1A as per language courses available at any of
inlingua Bangalore centres at special terms and conditions and discounts as applicable.
xvi. By agreeing to conduct inlingua Programs for its students, the college agrees that it shall not
directly (or indirectly) extend, or assist in extending, any offer of employment to the staff,
trainer(s), and/or employees of inlingua (or its associates) during or after the conduction of
the inlingua training program(s). This obligation shall continue for a period of three (3)
years from the date of conclusion of the training programs covered under this proposal.
