On Friday the 26th of August, 88, I was visited by (redacted name) Telephone Number
(redacted number) and (redacted name), Therapist, at my home in 32 Newbury Close,
Northolt, Middx. They arrived at 12.18 pm. And departed at 4.00 pm.

The reason for their visit was inform me of the possibility of a paedophile ring
operating within the Hounslow and Richmond area and the use by that paedophile
ring of boys from the Grafton Close Social Services Care facility for boys in
Hounslow. Information disclosed to me is as follows: A number of names were given
to me of men allegedly involved in the sexual use and abuse of boys from Grafton

When 1982 as a whole is reviewed I'm certain that March will be

remembered as a month of encouragement mingled with frustration.

Briefly the main points were

1 A page in Capital Gay 26 March containing an excellent article entitled

Gay decided to reduce our contribution from a full page to three columns

concerning a conservative report in which he had linked homosexuals
and subversives.

3. Writing to the 14 conservative members of the House of Commons

standing ? committee considering the criminal justice bill I asked them to
??? amendments tabled to extend the 1967 act to Northern Ireland and to
end imprisonment as a punishment for men convicted of opportuning
other men and I expressed the hope that discussion of an amendment
to reduce the age of consent to 18 would cause then to it reduce to 16

Meeting with Adelaise Stolper date?

19?? Terry Dwyer & John Rowe persuaded Carol Kasir to change her guest house to a
gay one. Introduced her to a South African from Holland called Peter Glencross who
runs a paedophile magazine called „Spartacus‟. Dwyer & Haddon were using the
place to supply boys for sex. Among those using it was Louis Minster, Director of
Social Services, Richmond, Colin Peters QC, Donald Naismith? Director of
Education Wandsworth & number of police. Boys supplied by Neil Keir SW Grafton
Lodge Childrens Home.
Ms Kasir raided by police & finally only convicted of running a disorderly house &
serving liquor without a licence. Other charges dropped.

Haddon & Dwyer etc were part of a large sex & porn ring operating in SW London.
They were both involved with Minster & Leon (?) Ms Kasir believes it was a set up
given the important ? involved in the rent boy/porn side. Haddon was later convicted
& sent to prison for sex related offences. He supplied boys to Harvey Proctor & other
Mps. Another MP who used the place with boys was Leon Brittain (sic).
