    a. What is the meaning boiler penthouse and dead space area?

     Boiler Penthouse used to prevents heat losses, and to insulate the piping and/or other
    conduits which pass over flue gas with covers the top of the boiler. It is the opening when
    outage process, mostly closed to minimize the heat loss due to radiation is not exposed to
    hot flue gases
