MOTION FOR LEAVE TO ALLOW MARKINGS

OF DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE
PREVIOUSLY IDENTIFIED DURING TRIAL

Defendant, through the undersigned counsel, unto the Honorable Court, most
respectfully states that:

In the course of the trial of the instant case, the JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT of the
Defendant was duly presented and identified in open court. However, as the defendant
was about to formally offer her documentary exhibits, upon verification with the
records of the case before the Honorable Court, it was discovered that the said Judicial
Affidavit was inadvertently not marked.

In view of the foregoing, the undersigned counsel is praying that the said
Judicial Affidavit of the Defendant be marked and be included in their Formal Offer of
Exhibits.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, defendant, through the undersigned

counsel, respectfully prays to the Honorable Court that her JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT be
marked as Exhibit “5”, its Second Page as Exhibit “5-A”, Third Page as Exhibit “5-B”,
Fourth Page as Exhibit “5-C”, Fifth Page as Exhibit “5-D”, Sixth Page as Exhibit “5-E”
and the Name and Signature above the name ____________________ be bracketed and
marked as Exhibit “5-F”.

It is likewise prayed that after marking of the said documents, the same be
included in their Formal Offer of Documentary Exhibits.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
