19th REGIONAL ONE (1) DAY CAT/MAPEH/MAJORETTES/DBC-DLC
SEMINAR WORKSHOP AND FIELD ORIENTATION COURSE
1. The Local Government Unit of Naga City assisted by Bicol Federation of Active and Reserve
PMT Commandants and Instructors League together with Federation of the Philippine Eagle Clubs,
Inc. invites to attend the 19™ REGIONAL ONE m DAY CAT/MAPEH/MAJORETTES/DBC-DLC
SEMINAR WORKSHOP AND FIELD ORIENTATION COURSE on MAY 15 to 19. 2019 in
different venues.
2. The Objectives of which are:
a. to prepare the schools for their campus activities; who wish to participate during the
Town Fiestas and the Bicol Annual Regional Street Parade Competition on
September 2019.
b. to update their knowledge in CAT/MAPEH as their alternative future profession.
c. to develop sense of unity, teamwork and enhance their values and good relationship
among the participants of different schools in the entire Bicol Region.
d. to develop and enhance uniformity in Community Service embodies in the DepEd
Orders.
e. practical demonstration of Platoon Drill Problem Solving for CAT Facilitators,
(optional)
3. Requirements:
a. parents permit will be mandatory for those who will voluntary join the seminar
workshop and CAT Orientation Course will the approval of the School Head.
b. no registration Fee shall be collected to the participants.
(Seminar Certificate of Completion is available). They will provide their own
provision.
c. uniform: any old school T-Shirt uniform can do. (Please bring sword and sword band
for CAT students only and any ball cap to others)

5. Service Credits shall be granted to Teachers as per DEPED Order No. 53, series of
2003 anri Compensatory Overtime Credits (COC) for those on accrued leave basis officials
per CSC-DBM Joint Circular No. 2, series 2004 for services rendered during weekend and
holidays.
6. The schools m ust ensure compliance with requirements of DepEd Order No. 66 series
of 2017 especially on Child protection, safety and security protocols, among others.
7. Expenses related to this activity shall be charged against SCHOOL MOOE FUND or
other sources of fund subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
