Research Methodology
This chapter presents the research design, participants of the study, sampling
procedure, research instruments, data gathering procedures and the statistical
treatment of data. Each part is explained to give understanding on the methods used in
the research.
Research Design
The research design used in this study is Survey research method. Survey research is a
commonly used method of collecting information about a population of interest. In
research of human subjects, a survey is a list of questions aimed at extracting specific
data from a particular group of people. Surveys may be conducted by phone, mail, via
the internet, and sometimes face-to-face on busy street corners or in malls. The
respondents are studied as it’s and never influenced from any point given. With this, we
can achieve sample data in the least amount of time and become a reliable piece of
information for the study.

Respondents
The participants of the study are the 1st Year students of Institute of Creative Computer
Technology.The requirements are simple: They must be a legible student of the school;
and they must be a student of 1st Year College. The researchers chose the Institute of
Creative Computer Technology among. The total respondents of this study were 30.
The 30 survey forms where divided into 10 because of the 3 member we have assigned
three members to survey 1st Year Colleges

Sampling Procedure
The sampling chosen by our researchers is Probability and Random Sampling Method.
Probability Sampling is one of the simplest sampling procedure. It only requires to take
a sample from a population. Random Sampling on the other hand, involves a random
selection from a population much like a lottery. This is to ensure that the high amount of
data we receive can be chosen in a wider variety. We have chosen to gather data from
the 1st Year College students because of the knowledge they have about the product
and it made the research attainable. Then we used Random Sampling due to the
generalized factors of the 1st Year College students. This makes us use a limit of how
many random students were to be recorded and analyzed through the data.
Research Instrument
The data gathering instrument used for this study is a Yes or No survey which
comprised 10 questions. The survey will be given in the chosen 1st Year College
students. After that the answers will be analyzed. And then the researchers will count
who answered yes and no, and summarized total answers of each students that from
the 1st Year College.
