The Book Of John John 2:6-11

Now there were six stone water jars there for the Jewish rites of purification, each holding twenty
or thirty gallons. Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water.” And they filled them up to the
brim. And He said to them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the feast.” So they
took it. When the master of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and did not know where
it came from (though the servants who had drawn the water knew), the master of the feast called
the bridegroom and said to him, “Everyone serves the good wine first, and when people have drunk
freely, then the poor wine. But you have kept the good wine until now.” This, the first of his signs,
Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested His glory. And His disciples believed in Him.

There’s a Word for that! Anxiety

Anxiety happens daily on any school campus from the children to the adults. There’s only one
lasting remedy. Cast your anxiety on Jesus. He is tender-hearted and cares for all who love Him.
1 Peter 5:6-7– Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that in the proper

time He may exalt you casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Carrying around anxiety is not only unhealthy, it is

ungodly. Help us Lord to humble ourselves that we

may cast our anxieties on You because You care for
us. Help us Lord to not just toss them up to You, but
to cast them away and not take them back. Thank
you for caring for us. It’s so awesome. Help our

unbelief. We ask in the caring name of Jesus. Amen.

Meditation for the month

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in

the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him was not any thing

Prayer walking– Action step #2 – Ask members of your church to prayer walk the perimeter of
your school when it is not in session. Forming a team to prayer walk for your school regularly is
missionary work. Your labor is never in vain.
