Problem Description:
Template set report view should populate additional data required for Tsuneishi

Proposed Changes Summary:

Modified the excel report template and Query Interpreter to show the extra data
Updated the report template so that the offset values are increased from 20
columns to 36 columns

L*M - Straight line distance between the BCL and the lower seam
U*M - Straight line distance between the BCL and the upper seam
L - Distance from the lower seam to the next section
U - Distance from the upper seam to the next section
M - Mid-section number. Mid-section is the location of BCL
RB - Distance along flat part of plate from the BCL to the tangent. RB is positive
if the tangent location is on the U side of BCL and negative if the tangent
is on the L side.
RH - RH is the template height at the tangent location
