● Compare demand in each market analyze the numbers of the figures VNB

DEMAND TECH 1 ROUND 1

We will begin to analyze the demand of Tech 1 with its different characteristics. We
can indicate that Asia consumes almost twice as many products with characteristics
2 as EE. That is, this product has a high acceptance rate by this market, while Tech 1
with a characteristic 4 did not have acceptance in any of the 3 markets, which
indicates that this type of characteristic is not necessary for consumers either. For its
price or utility, Tech 1 with characteristic 3 maintained a similar consumption in all
markets, that is, that characteristic 2 is easily a substitute product for this market.

DEMAND TECH 2 ROUND 1


As we can see in this round, the demand for technology 2 was not so high because
the new one was not offered.Thanks to this, the total demand is achieved in all three
continents. However, by offering 1 characteristic, a greater demand is detected in the
United States, followed by Europe and Asia, where this type of technology was not
very striking.

DEMAND TECH 1 ROUND 2

During round 2, although the demand for tech 1 with feature 2 in Asia increased, in
the US and Europe, which does not indicate that these markets have an elasticity in
terms of the output of new technologies, we can assume that they are looking for a
product substitute for this as it is the tech 2, the demand for tech 1 with feature 1
disappeared by the null production by the companies, we could assume that lack of
demand proboco an increase in the consumption of tech 1 with feature 4, plus we
can say that the demand for tech1 with feature 3 is inelastic m nathan the launch of
new technologies since I present a variability very low compared to others.

DEMAND TECH 2 ROUND 2

Compared with the previous round, demand and supply grew much more, however in
the United States, where initially there was more demand as this technology
decreased, the offer of 1 feature was maintained.
The demand in Asia increased a little more and the demand in Europe was much
higher, so much so that it was possible to appreciate unsatisfied demand which
allows us to understand that this technology can become increasingly striking in that
continent.
After the departure of Tech 2 during Round 2, the only one that was not affected was
Asia, which grew 6% of its demand, which does not indicate that it is inelastic for the
launch of new technologies, on the contrary. The demand for technology in the US
UU decreased by 11% with respect to the previous round and Europe had the
highest rate of elasticity, since after the release of tech 2 tech 1 decreased by
38.36%, which indicates that Europe prefers technology 2 over technology 1 , is
recommended a large production of technology 2 in the next round with a focus on
Europe as long as market conditions are favorable for consumption.

● Inventory Vs capacity of allocation, each team on the platform

We can see that 2 of the 6 teams completely use their production capacity and adjust
their needs by contracting manufacturing.
While the other teams did not use their full capacity and made an investment in
manufacturing which makes you lose money as it does not take advantage of your
capacity and invests in labor that you do not need at the moment. We can also observe
that in most of the equipment there is an inventory that is left over, therefore it is
advisable not to generate so much production until the material that is in inventory is
sold completely, which can already generate extra costs
- We always have to look for a balance keeping in mind leaving a stock to plan
the exact demand with the aim of reduce the unsatisfied demand as long as
we can.

Here we can see the percentage that the companies used, taking into account their
100% of capacity, this information show us how many units are they producing per
round, seeing the number of plants that they have, we can get the exact number of
units, making a analysis between this information and the stock that they already have,
we can make some conclusion about their expected growth, they will have to consider
their stock to put prices, because we have to deal with payed units.

Have a high amount of inventor as a Stock, in some cases it's a good strategy, the
costs of management is not so high, so it means that if at least for one round, we can
cover up all our demand, we are going to save the production cost, right now we didn't
have that clear, but it's an option. Right now because of the conditions that the markets
are presenting, maybe the production costs will increase and if someone have stock,
will take advantage of this, reducing the production and selling their inventory.

● Prices - Sells -Promotion


Is necessary to set the price taking care about the competence, also it depends of the quantity
of plants, the capacity of allocation and the research and development, we also need to invest
in the promotion, because at this way we can improve our profit, At the last round we can see
that we had

Europe
In Europe we can seen that at least at the first Tech. they consider a lot the price to get a new
product, the companies that offer a low prices get a lot of market share, taking into account
that the shipper company had the highest sales, the Grey company. this thing doesn’t means
that the grey company was the profitable one, it doesn’t care if you sell a lot of units if you are
selling at cost. Just with the goal of get market share, we have to consider the promotion, the
cost, the logistics and other variables to put a final prices.

Because of the conditions that the market offer, as a result we can see that at the beginning
isn't the best choice to invest a high amount of money in promotion, the results that we spect
was completely different, the company with the highest invest wasn't the best seller in this
market. isn't worth it pay this amount of money at least seeing the results of the previous
rounds.
ASia

We can see that in the beginning the teams set very stable prices, for this reason, we can
not see that any equipment that significantly increases, only the Ochre team set the highest
selling price, but at the same time they decrease in the sales( k units), so this wasn't a good
strategie, the Asian market are not wanting right now in a high technology products,they
want a basic products but with a low prices
The last round show us that the orange team trust 100% that the promotion was the key to
increase the sales, but it doesn't have good results so is not necessary to invest a an
extreme amount of money, the green team demonstrated that you can use a little part of
your budget in promotion and your sales will have good results in the sales.

USA

The American market works in a special way, they didn’t like the cheapest things, they prefer
pay a little bit more but wanting to get more quality, if one product its expensive, in the mind
of the customers means that was made with better components. At the basic Tech, they didn't
want to spend a lot of money without take into consideration if the product offer features. We
think that it could be means that they right now are just wanting to the develop of new
technologies, because of the behaviour of the market at least at the first two rounds, we can
see that they doesn't care pay a lot of money to get the latest product, the last thing that the
companies sells, they didn’t take into account the experience that the companies has, they
just get the product.

Here at the promotion vs sales, we can take into consideration that the american market
doesn't care about the features that the tech one offer right now, the Ochre team invest a lot
of money in promotion, improving their first louch, with 4 features, and the market didn't react
as the spect, but in the other hand the same team, invest in the launching of the second tech
and they cover up a lot of market share, this launching was completely different, it had just 1
feature but was the move developed technology, and was for this reason that they make up
the numbers. The promotion in the american market it’s so important, the sales are enough
to increase the profit, and to pay the money invested in promotion.
