Fruits Day
After Wakeup :

• One glass warm lime water

Breakfast (8-9AM):

• One Apple
• Half bowl Pomegranate (250 gms)
• 2 glasses of water

Mid-Day Snack (10-11:30AM):

• One bowl of watermelon


• 2 glasses of water

Lunch (12:30-2PM):

• Fruit Salad (apple, muskmelon, sapota, papaya, pomegranate,orange)


• 2 glasses of water

Evening Snack (4-5:30PM):

• One bowl of pomegranate and watermelon


• 2 glasses of water

Dinner (7:30-8:30PM):

• Whole Papaya
• 2 glasses of water

Strictly To Avoid :

• Banana, Fruit juice, High sugar fruits like grapes and jackfruit

After Wakeup :

• One mashed Potato + little butter + oregano

Mid-Day Snack (10-11:30AM):

• One cucumber, 2 carrots


• 2 glasses of water

Lunch (12:30-2PM):

• Sauteed vegetables (mushroom,capsicum,broccoli, purple cabbage


and herbs)
• 2 glasses of water

Evening Snack (4-5:30PM):

• Vegetable soup (water, cabbage, capsicum and herbs)


• Or 1 Cucumber and 1 Carrot
• 2 glasses of water

Dinner (7:30-8:30PM):

• Salad Bowl (lettuce,cucumber,carrot,cabbage,broccoli,lemon juice


and seasoning)

• Banana milk shake without sugar

• 2 glasses of water

Lunch (12:30-2PM):

• One bowl soya chunks + tofu/paneer + tomatoes


• 2 glasses of water

Evening Snack (4-5:30PM):

• One cup of sprouts salad (sprouts,tomatoes,cucumber)


• 2 glasses of water

Dinner (7:30-8:30PM):

• One bowl of boiled rajma (red kidney beans) seasoned with salt
pepper and lemon

• Vegetables mixed brown rice pulav

• One cup boiled rajma seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon

Dinner (7:30-8:30PM):

• Sauteed vegetables (Mushroom,capsicum,broccoli)

• Sugar, Packed fruit juice.
Tips
Day-1 : Eat more of melons, Include any seasonal fruit if any fruit is not
available. Drink atleast 14 glasses of water.

Day-2 : Eat more of raw vegetables, Include seasonal vegetables if above


vegetables are not available. Drink atleast 14 glasses of water.

Day-3 : Eat more of melons and raw vegetables, Include seasonal fruits
and vegetables. Drink atleast 14 glasses of water.

Day-4 : Eat 6-8 bananas. Increase water intake to 15 glasses.

Day-5 : Eat 6-8 toamtoes. You can eat egg white/chicken breast instead of
paneer/soya chunks. Increase water intake to 20 glasses of water.

Day-6 : Eat more protein food. You can eat egg white/chicken breast
instead of paneer/soya chunks. Drink atleast 20 glasses of water.

Day-7 : Drink Fresh juice without sugar. Drink 14 glasses of water.
