The PHILIPPINE INSTITUTE OF CIVIL ENGINEERS – CTU MAIN CAMPUS STUDENT

CHAPTER is an accredited school organization of Cebu Technological University – Main
Campus (CTU-MC). It envisions the advancements of knowledge and practices of Civil
Engineering through fostering Civil Engineering education in building up dedication to
science and technology.

In connection to this, the Supreme Student Government of CTU-Main Campus is

conducting an event called “Orgs Day” on August 14, 2019 with a theme “Study with
us. Succeed with us. Grow with us. - SSG” which highlights the first day of this academic
year. They are highly requesting the participation of all accredited and non-accredited
organizations to participate in the said event.

We, the PICE – CTU Main Campus Student Chapter Officers, do humbly ask your
approval to lend us some laboratory equipments of the Engineering department which
will be hereby used on our booth on the stated day.

List of equipment requested:

1. Theodolite (Transit or Digital)

2. Levelling Staff
3. Hard Hats
4. Permeability Apparatus

This is a great opportunity for our Department to exhibit and present important
surveying equipment essential to everyone’s learning apprehension.
