5th NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Subject: - RECRUITMENT TO THE POSTS OF SIXTY FIVE ASSISTANT DIRECTORS (BS-17),

AIRPORTS SECURITY FORCE, CABINET SECRETARIAT (AVIATION DIVISION)

With reference to their online applications and subsequent appearance in Written MCQs Test for
the subject post, the following passed candidates whose Names & Roll Numbers have been given below, are
advised to furnish the attested copies (with signature and name stamp of attesting government officer) of
following requisite documents by registered post/ courier forthwith but not later than 15 days
(latest by 24.8.2019) of placement of this Notice on FPSC website, to determine their eligibility.

vi. Two (2) years post qualification experience in Civil
Forces/Armed Forces Departments. Experience certificate
must be as per (Annex-A) available on FPSC’s website.
vii. Self Domicile Certificate (SDC).
viii. In case of Govt. Servant, Original DPC with exact date of
appointment and domicile accepted on FPSC’s prescribed
DPC for (available on FPSC’s website) to be signed by Head
of the Ministry/ Division/ Department (official Stamp must
be affixed).
ix. PHYSICAL STANDARD OF FITNESS: (To be
conducted by Airport Security Force, Shortly) (i)
Minimum Height: For male 5’- 6” or 168 cm and for
female 5’-2”or 157 cm. (ii) Minimum Weight: For male
106 LBs or 48.1 kg and for female e 45 kg or 99.2
Lbs. (iii) Minimum Chest Measurement: For male 32¾
“or 83 cm, Expanded 34¾” or 88 cm.

2. They are cautioned that requisitioning of the documents for determination of their eligibility should not
be presumed that the candidates have been short-listed on the basis of merit and relevant Provincial / Regional
quota. In case they fail to furnish the documents within stipulated time or furnish incorrect/ incomplete
information, their candidature for the captioned post shall stand rejected and no alibi or excuse shall be
entertained subsequently.
