Reflection

In Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) I was really shy for the first day of

my OJT because it is a new environment for me I am observing the people around me

and I became very conscious especially on how I act and behave in front of them in this

agency I have learned a lot in this agency because they entertain as accurately and

they did not let as do on what ever we want because they are always there to guide as

and they make sure that we have all different working assigned area and no one should

be relax. I can’t forget this agency because it helps me to in punctual all the time

because they strict in time. and I learned and knew here that all of the records of every

person that they have been arrested are kept and they use it for their future reference if

needed and I experience also here in arranging the case folders and I be able to knew

what contains it. And I also learned here on what are the process of conducting an

investigation because they taught as that on what are the importance of investigation.
 Reflection

In Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in this agency I experience personally to be in

close contact with the detainee or PDL and we are always assigned here at the

detention facility from the beginning until the end and our site supervisor always

monitor us that we are all doing in our daily assigned responsibility this agency always

make sure that before the students can render a on the job training they should first

undergo in drug testing to make sure that they are not engaging in illegal activity and

also to protect the credibility of their agency and it was so helpful to me specially to be a

good example to other. And through to our this I learned and get so many important

information that I could apply on my own. And I learned here that I should avoid in using

illegal drugs because nothing could bring it good in our life. I am really so thankful that I

experience to render an on the job training in Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency

because makes me realize a lot of things especially in on how to value my life by

avoiding those person who are using illegal drugs either it was a friend or not.
 Reflection

In Bureau Of Jail Management And Penology I have learned a lot of things in this

agency not only it was my first time to enter a big detention facility but it helps on how to

obey a command from a superior officer because they implement a strict discipline not

only for as interns but also to personnel and they make sure that everybody must

observe punctuality and obedience on whatever and whoever in command and I

experience here a close encounter to a PDL and I learned so many things in this

agency specially in escorting process we joined together with BJMP personnel in a trial

court we observe there in the process of their trial and how they are being sentenced in

their cases and I also learned here on how to keep an information because they strictly

implement that whatever we hear and see should not be spit out or it should be keep in

personal. And observe here at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology that all

most of all the PDL are willing to rehabilitated because they engage in a various

religious activity.
 Reflection

In National Bureau Of Investigation this agency taught me a lot of important information

that I could used. I experience here on what are their process of getting a clearance.

And also they make sure that must everybody is performing there assigned tasks and

they are strict on that and help to not be relax conditioned and I learned that following a

proper procedure must be observe and I noticed here that they make sure that all of the

applicant must be catered and entertained on whatever there transaction as long as it

was a part there job. And I experienced in this agency on how to balance and manage

my time because they are strict when it comes in time our 40 hours as interns is more

than enough to gain knowledge and experience that can be used in the future

particularly when applying for a job. When I use to think about the office how I wished

we're still there, but everything has its ending and it has come to an end.
 Reflection

In this four police stations I experience the same job but it was in different surroundings

this stations help me to really understand on what really the police worked. And how

noble the job it is and I learned that there job is not easy because they always make life

in danger just to protect and us and make sure that we are all in safe. And I experience

here on what are the process in writing a blotter that could help me in our future chosen

profession if I choose to joined the police service we already knowledgeable enough on

what are the basic job and responsibility of an police officer. And this experiences

inspired me to strive hard and to be part of the Philippine National Police.

 Reflection

In City Transport And Transportation Management Office this is one of the best agency

because of their good accommodating and I get so many helpful information because

from the beginning until the end of our duty we have always a discussion about the laws

and regulation about the traffic laws of this city specially the ordinances that the city

regulates and also the national law of traffic. They also taught bus how to identify the

real plate from the fake and also taught us how to read it and make sure we learned a

lot of things before we could exit in there agency and all of the information we get is

very helpful and most of that I can apply it in my every day activity especially on that

simply following the anti jaywalking ordinance which was mostly been violated. And

before we left there premissis they conduct first an actual performance on whatever

they have taught and share to test that if we really learned.

 Reflection

In Highway Patrol Group this agency is tasks on anti highway robbery and securing all

of the motorist and road users I have learned here on how to identify the carnaped car

or motorcycle from the original one by simply checking properly the engine and chassis

number and other some important security feature of a vehicle they are not only

focusing on anti highway robbery but also they conduct a traffic investigation and that is

one of the information that I learned and our site supervisor Sir Padua taught as it on

how to conduct a traffic accident investigation and we have an actual performance on

that he taught as the basic and then he let as perform and through this it help me how to

do it properly.
 Reflection

Regional Maritime Unit I could that this is the best agency because I learned here many

important aspect. I learned here on how to dismantle a fire arm and how to assemble it

and I so very happy that I experience for the first time and I also learned the different

parts of a fire arm because it was one of activities here to make sure that we have a

little knowledge about the fire arm and they also taught on as the parts of a robber bout

and some important information about their duties and responsibilities in securing our

water territory and doing their job. But they are only in focus of water territory but they

also exercises some laws in our land in arresting a violator of laws and regulations that

they have implement.

 Reflection

The Bureau Of Fire Protection I learned her a lot of useful information that I could use in

my daily activity especially in securing that our own premesis is in safe situation by

applying all what I ever acquired in this agency and they have already a set of activities

that the interns should experience and that is very important that are already ready to

handle a interns. And they make sure that we would not be taken for granted our site

supervisor always finds way to make sure that we have something to do aside from

busy schedule he never forgot us. I learned her on how to fight a fire incident by

performing the basic of fire fighting and it taught as all and all of the interns are

experience it. During my OJT in the BFP (Bureau of fire Protection) i'd realized that

there are a big difference between school and office. First in school there are subjects in

a right time which must be attended while in the office or workplace the exact time to go

is 8a.m until 5p.m which is total of 8 hours a day. In our OJT there are some occasional

task but not much compared to school and it depends our supervisor if he ask us to

something to do. I learned a lot of things in my OJT stay in the BFP like dealing with the

personnel and staff in a humble way. All of that task that we done was the job of a

personnel in that office. They let us experience their task in the office. Thanks to the

BFP personnel and staff for the just only one week we have learned a lot of our on the

job training.
 Reflection

In 76-A Bucana our site supervisor assigned at the school of kabacan and we are here

to help the students in guiding them in passing the street and we help them every time

they out of their classes and we make sure that they are safe and we also conduct an

anti bullying on the students because it was one of there problem the bullying we help in

understanding ton what are bullying is and what are effect of it and these help to knew

how to handle a students by simply giving them a strict discipline and I be able to help

to overcome there experiences in bullying our experiences here at school of kabacan is

very memorable because we be able to experience on how to deal with a children by

showing them on how to act accurately and how to avoid bullying and friendly and be

good all the time because I really believe that whatever that they see from the adult that

would be they would do.
