 ABSTRACT

Video archive is an interface between users and the event organizers,

where the video of the events are displayed here for the people who were
not able to attend the events.

The interface solves the problem of filtering the videos with name
of the speaker, title of the video etc. It is a user-friendly interface it
enables us to play the videos according to our need and time.

The whole concept behind implementing video archives even

though knowing that there is already a giant operating in this field, is to
improve the services being provided. The key motive is to provide both
the product and its services to the client for the smooth and independent
functioning of his event.

Video archives is a collection of event and important videos

permanently stored on the application.
INTRODUCTION

The main challenge for video archives is to display multiple videos and provide
filter option. The concept of video archives made it possible for the client to
view the list of videos and can filter accordingly.

This was done with the help of Dom Sanitizer helps preventing Cross Site
Scripting Security bugs (XSS) by sanitizing values to be safe to use in the
different DOM contexts.

The application for video archives was implemented using the concepts
from web technologies like Angular 7, Typescript, Material Design, HTML,
CSS etc.

No restriction on memory on mobile: as the storage of recorded videos is

not on the mobile of the user but in the gallery on application, there is no
restriction put on the memory available on the mobile. Any user having mobile
with limited memory can deal with thousands of videos.

Easy maintenance of video files: Video files will be maintained in

database in application. This makes user’s life easy as now he don’t have to
worry about where in mobile the files are stored, Or if anyone has deleted it etc.
Problems identification:

The number of people using mobile phones is on the increase, it has become a
need to provide the users with all the utilities available on the Internet on to
their mobiles. One of such facility is maintaining a video gallery. People have
been using it through use of Internet and a Web Portal (such as
www.Youtube.com).

It was initially difficult for the people who were not able to attend the
events and they were curious to know what the speaker spoke in the event. The
concept of video archives made it possible for the client to view the list of
videos and can filter accordingly. The main challenge for video archives is to
display multiple videos and provide filter option.

Problem statement and solution:

This project was all about implementing a meet ups application for events held
across closed communities. The application will capture out all the meets ups
conducted by the speakers along with his details and transfer it to the database
and when the next global refresh of the web application is made, it shall display
the list of meet up that are going to held.

The output we obtained can basically be stored in a dedicated database

that the server can look after, thus gaining him on trust, as any further issues in
the application can be handled by client himself. Until and unless the issue is
technical and the need for our maintenance is required.
