Curriculum Designer, Project Manager, and Middle School Theatre Teacher: Converge Theatre Project (NSF Award ID 1811166)
• Collaborates with science educators, theatre educators, and researchers to design interventions and
programs for the Converge Theatre Project, a partnership between the Boston College Lynch School of
Education and Watertown Children’s Theatre that uses theatre as a tool to get middle school youth excited
about science.
• Creates curriculum for College Bound/Converge Theatre Project summer and Saturday science-theatre
programs, where middle school youth explore concepts of social and environmental justice through theatre.
• Taught theatre to fifteen rising 7th and 8th grade students for the College Bound/Converge Theatre Project
summer 2018 session.
• Manages logistics and bookings, and serves as the liaison all for partnering schools and organizations
working with the Converge Theatre Project.

• Designed curriculum for Musical Theatre, Introduction to Theatre, and Advanced Theatre classes at
Marblehead High School (grades 9-12).
• Collaborated with special education teachers and occupational therapists to create and teach social skills
through theatre and music to students with ASD and learning disabilities at Marblehead Village School
(grades 4-5).
• Spearheaded Marblehead High School’s involvement with the Massachusetts Young Playwrights’ Festival at
Boston Playwright’s Theatre – a week-long, state-wide festival that showcases high school students’ original
10-minute plays.
• Coordinated daylong field trip to New York City via collaboration with the Marblehead Public School
Committee, Superintendent, and other administrative staff.
