O'Reilly and Dale Dougherty at the O'Reilly Media Web 2.0 Conference in late
2004, though it was coined by Darcy DiNucci in 1999.[1][2][3][4] Web 2.0 does not
refer to an update to any technical specification, but to changes in the way Web
pages are designed and used. A Web 2.0 website may allow users to interact
and collaborate with each other in a social media dialogue as creators of user-
generated content in a virtual community, in contrast to the first generation of
Web 1.0-era websites where people were limited to the passive viewing of
content. Examples of Web 2.0 include social networking sites and social media
sites (e.g., Facebook), blogs, wikis, folksonomies ("tagging" keywords on
websites and links), video sharing sites (e.g., YouTube), hosted services, Web
applications ("apps"), collaborative consumption platforms, and mashup
applications.

79. Web 3.0[edit] Tim Berners-Lee has described the semantic web as a component
of "Web 3.0".[11] "Semantic Web" is sometimes used as a synonym for "Web
3.0",[12] though the definition of each term varies. Web 3.0 has started to emerge

83. Courseware is a term that combines the words 'course' with 'software'. Its
meaning originally was used to describe additional educational material intended

or 'computer formatted' classroom. Many companies are using the term to
describe the entire "package" consisting of one 'class' or 'course' bundled

multiplayer. Browser games are also portable and can be played on multiple
different devices, web browsers, and operating systems. [3]
85. A podcast is an episodic series of digital audio files which a user can subscribe
to so that new episodes are automatically downloaded via web syndication to the
user's own local computer, mobile application, or portable media player.[1] The
word arose as a portmanteau of "iPod" (a brand of media player) and
"broadcast". Thus, the files distributed are in audio format, but may sometimes
include other file formats such as PDF or ePub. Videos which are shared
following a podcast model are called video podcasts or vodcasts.
86. Development communication refers to the use of communication to facilitate
social development.[1] Development communication engages stakeholders and

portable devices (e.g., tablet computers or smartphones). While text messages
are usually sent over a phone network, due to the convergence between the
telecommunication and broadcasting industries in the 2000s, text messages may
also be sent via a cable network or Local Area Network.
91. Bernardo Bernardo and Monet Silvestre (a stage actor and a musician,
respectively) reposted a suggestion to put up a Facebook page with a California-
