Subject: Blacklisted Goods Transport vehicle brought by road from Telangana to Mewat.

Reference: HR-74A-9096: Cancellation order vides No. 866 dated 6-6-2018.

It is humbly submitted that:

1. A goods transport vehicle bearing No. HR74A-9096, not approved to shift animals as per Bureau of
Indian Standards, behind that vehicle involved in many crime against animals, violated Motor
Vehicle rules & regulations, details of vehicle:

Vehicle release on superdari with certain conditions:

1. FIR No. 93 dated 3-6-2018 with Sangareddy Police Station in Telegana, crime proved – penalize, but
proceedings are still pending – under trial for the violations of IPC.
2. FIR No. 110 dated 14-2-2017 with Kesav Puram Police Station in Delhi, which is under trial.
3. FIR No. 27 dated 19-1-2017 with Bilaspur Police Station in Gurugram, which is under trial.

Whereas above said vehicle without Insurance cover & valid registration, moved on road from Telangana,
crossing many toll tax barriers, threat on public life & property, now stationed under your jurisdiction, hence
same may be confiscated, alarming local Police for action against criminal conspiracy, Public Prosecutors at
