ACM 110 - TEST 6 – Part Manufacturing QA/QC

Teams will proceed to demold the parts and review them as follows:

QA/QC report to be written and submitted by each team member individually

Each report must be structured as specified below.

Submit by 1:00 PM on Monday July 29, 2013

Deliver a paper that:

1. Compares Part Design with “As Built”


2. Reviews the Production Schedule with Actual Execution
3. Comments on Fabrication Method Challenges
4. Makes a QC report after demolding parts. To include mark-up of drawings
5. Proposes corrective action for defects.
6. Describes method and detailed of finishing, to include list of tools and supplies to be
used.
