It is the era of customer delight for the industry and conventional measures
implemented by the service organisation tend to be inadequate to attract
customers persistently. How they can retain and sustain in the market by gaining
competitive advantage from competitors. Having good customer base depends
upon customer relationship management in automobile industry.
METHODOLOGY
The methodology will be used is facts and figures available on online resources
and interaction with the dealers of the various showrooms and ground level
interactions.
EXPECTED OUTPUT
Exploring and studying this industry will help me out to know the growth
prospective of this sector, what the limitations are and how to overcome. Effect
of low costs automation, stable economic policies and governments policies &
interventions helps to grow this sector and how it contributes to economy. And
the reasons for present recession in this sector and what we can expect in future
from this sector.
