JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISETERESTED PERSONS

We, Ma. GIANELLI E. ECUACION and PORTIA M. DE ASIS, both of legal age,
Filipino and both resident of Apovel, Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City, after having
been sworn, hereby depose and state:
1. That we personally know CERILO DAEL BAGAYANA, who is our long-time
family friend and active in our ;
2. That CIRILO DAEL BAGAYNA appeared in her Canadian Citizenship I.D
and Christine Dedicatoria Laid appeared in her Passport I.D refer to one
and the same person.
3. That the name in her Canadian Citizenship I.D was erroneously place
therein as “Christina Bagayna Laid”, instead of her true and correct full
name Christine Dedicatoria Laid;
4. That the error may have been caused by the inadvertence of the person
who prepared the Canadian Citizenship I.D;
5. That we are not related to the said person either by consanguinity or
affinity’
6. That we execute this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the forgoing
statements and for whatever legal purposes this may serve under the law.
