WE ARE CREATED FOR GOOD BY GOD

Gen. 1:26-28

26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of
the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing
that creepeth upon the earth. At sinabi ng Dios, Lalangin natin ang tao sa ating larawan, ayon sa ating wangis: at
magkaroon sila ng kapangyarihan sa mga isda sa dagat, at sa mga ibon sa himpapawid, at sa mga hayop, at sa
buong lupa, at sa bawa't umuusad, na nagsisiusad sa ibabaw ng lupa.

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
At nilalang ng Dios ang tao ayon sa kaniyang sariling larawan, ayon sa larawan ng Dios siya nilalang; nilalang niya
sila na lalake at babae.

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue
it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that
moveth upon the earth. At sila'y binasbasan ng Dios, at sa kanila'y sinabi ng Dios, Kayo'y magpalaanakin, at
magpakarami, at kalatan ninyo ang lupa, at inyong supilin; at magkaroon kayo ng kapangyarihan sa mga isda sa
dagat, at sa mga ibon sa himpapawid, at sa bawa't hayop na gumagalaw sa ibabaw ng lupa.

Intro :

We are created for good by God,. In our situation, personal life, even in our appearance.

We can see in these verse God was created us in His own image, when we say " in the image of God " its not
physical likeness but intellectual and moral likeness..

Natures of God - Holiness, Righteousness, Knowledge, Faithfulness, Mercy and loving kindness..

Eph. 4:24 ,
And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Col. 3:10

And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: At kayo'y nangagbihis
ng bagong pagkatao, na nagbabago sa kaalaman ayon sa larawan niyaong lumalang sa kaniya:

We need to do good for God, for example according in our text God is not created us to be suffered but to success.
But because of sin we are all separated from God, and we need to share this to others.

I. We are Created for Gods Work, V26

Eph. 2:10

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should
walk in them.

- We are His Laborer,

- We are His ambassador,

2 Cor. 5:17-20
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are
become new.

18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry
of reconciliation;

19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them;
and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead,
be ye reconciled to God.

- We have responsibility,

II. We are created for Gods Will, V28

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have
dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

- Will of Salvation, 1 Tim. 2:3-4

3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any
should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

2 Peter 3:9
- Will of Sacrifice, Rom. 12:1-2

1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto
God, which is your reasonable service.

2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that
good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

- Will of Serving, Ps. 103:21

Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure. Purihin ninyo ang Panginoon, ninyong lahat na
hukbo niya; ninyong mga ministro niya, na nagsisigawa ng kaniyang kasayahan.

- Will of Suffering, 1 Pet. 3:17, 4:19

1Pet. 3:17

For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

Sapagka't lalong magaling, kung gayon ang iniibig ng kalooban ng Dios na kayo'y mangagbata dahil sa paggawa ng
mabuti kay sa dahil sa paggawa ng masama.

1Pet. 4:19

Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a
faithful Creator.

Kaya't ipagkatiwala naman ng nangagbabata ayon sa kalooban ng Dios ang kanilang mga kaluluwa sa paggawa ng mabuti sa
tapat na Lumalang.

Phil. 1:29

For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake; Sapagka't sa inyo'y
ipinagkaloob alangalang kay Cristo, hindi lamang upang manampalataya sa kaniya, kundi upang magtiis din naman alangalang
sa kaniya:
Rom. 8:18

For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

III. We are created for Gods Words, Rom. 10:14

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they
have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

- We need to Preach His word.. ( The Gospel ) Rom. 1:14-16

14 I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.

15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew
first, and also to the Greek.

- We need to Protect His word.. 1 Cor. 15:1-4

1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye
stand;

2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

- We need to Prove His word.. 1Cor. 5:17

17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Conc:

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye
know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
