WW SERVER SHUTTLE

TITLE: WELLWIZARD SERVER SHUTTLE

DEPARTMENT: TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The WellWizard Server Shuttle is based from a single

board, Small Form Factor off-the-shelf PC. No monitor or
keyboard is normally attached to this system, all
configurations and setup can be done remotely from any
network node.

The WW Shuttle is designed primarily as the data center at

the rig site, with the principal capability of receiving
instantaneously (real-time) transmitted data or can import
data of many formats. Data are generally categorized as
Depth-based, Time-based, and Static data.

The equipment is central to all systems of data acquisition and controls products within the SLS
division, such as the ANAX system (MLS data acquisition system), EDR, GCT, and as a stand-
alone data aggregator and thru-satellite data mirroring for remote monitoring of rig site operations.
With typical latency of 3 seconds or less, WW is currently the world’s fastest remote data
replication. By using the most secure and stable operating system, the WW Shuttle is able to
behave as a network appliance more than as a personal computer, thus recovering automatically
from power interruptions without user-intervention, remotely administrable and configurable upon
start up, and is impenetrable by computer viruses.
