redBuswillrefundthedifferentialamounttothecustomeruponbeingintimatedbythe
customers in 24 hours of thejourney.
5 Cancellation Policy: For K.S.Travels:Between 0 hours to 12 hours before journey, the
. cancellation charge is 100.0%.Between 12 hours to 24 hours before journey, the
cancellation charge is 50.0%.And, above cancellation charge is 10.0%.

redBus’ responsibilities do NOT include:

(1) The bus operator’s bus not departing / reaching ontime
(2) The bus operator’s employees beingrude
(3) Thebusoperator’sbusseatsetcnotbeinguptothecustomer’sexpectation
(4) The bus operator canceling the trip due to unavoidablereasons
(5) Thebaggageofthecustomergettinglost/stolen/damaged
(6) Thebusoperatorchangingacustomer’sseatatthelastminuteto
accommodate a lady /child
(7) The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus
operatortofindouttheexactboardingpointifyouarenotaregulartraveleron that
particularbus)
(8) Thebusoperatorchangingtheboardingpointand/orusingapick-upvehicle
attheboardingpointtotakecustomerstothebusdeparturepoint
2. The departure time mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings .
Howeverthebuswillnotleavethesourcebeforethetimethatismentionedon
theticket.

8. AmenitiesforthisbusasshownonredBushavebeenconfiguredandprovidedbythebus
provider (bus operator). These amenities will be provided unless there are some
exceptionsoncertaindays.PleasenotethatredBusprovidesthisinformationingoodfaith to
help passengers to make an informed decision. The liability of the amenity not being
made available lies with the operator and not withredBus.
