LABOR AGREEMENT CONTRACT

THIS AGREEMENT made this 13TH day of AUGUST, 2019, by and between GERALD SERRANO
hereinafter called the Contractor, and LEONILA D. DE LEON hereinafter called the Owner and represented
by her mother, ANGELINA D. DE LEON.
WITNESSETH, that the Contractor and the Owner for the consideration named herein agree as follows:
ARTICLE 1. SCOPE OF THE WORK
The Owner shall furnish all the materials and the Contractor shall perform all of the work enumerated below
on property located at Goldenville Subdivision, Brgy. Dela Paz Norte,City of San Fernando, Pampanga;
1. Earthworks

a. Excavation
b. Filling materials
c. Back filling

2. Concrete and masonry works which includes footing, column, tie beam, beam, roof
beam, slab, stairs, laying of CHB, mortar, plastering.

3. Fabricated of materials which includes door jamb and doors, doorknobs, steel
window.

4. Carpentry which includes formworks, scaffolding and ceiling works

5. Tinsmithry works and roofing works which includes steel roofing, roofing, flashing
and gutter.

6. Plumbing works which include rough in and finishing work and septic tank

7. Electrical rough in and finishing installation

8. Tiling works which includes CR, Kitchen and Flooring area.

ARTICLE 2. TIME OF COMPLETION

The work to be performed under this Contract shall commence on or before AUGUST 13,2019 and shall be
substantially complete in 180 CALENDAR DAYS.

ARTICLE 3. THE CONTRACT PRICE

The owner shall pay the Contractor for the labor to be performed under the Contract the sum of Two Hundred
Fifty Thousand Pesos, (P250,000).

ARTICLE 4. MODE OF PAYMENT

The Owner shall pay the Contractor as per accomplishment based on the payroll per week. In addition, the
Contractor may avail of a maximum cash advance of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000) on a weekly basis. The
balance, if there is, shall be given in full upon the completion of the Labor Agreement to the Contractor by the
Owner.
 ARTICLE 5. BREACH OF CONTRACT
