F Summary
i I walked every Monday to Friday from boarding house going to
t school. I clean the surrounding of the house, washed the dishes,
washed the clothes, carried litters of water every day. I carried fruits
n and vegetables in the market in Saturday to Sunday.

e Reflection

s This week, I feel so tired, because, I work in a whole day of these


weak just like in my part time job in the market.

school. I clean the surrounding of the house, washed the dishes,
a washed the clothes, carried liters of water every day. I carried of fruits
and vegetables in the market. In the afternoon of Friday I and my best
r friend played basketball.

y Reflection

This week, I feel so tired and stress why? Because, I worked every
hours, every minutes, and every seconds I worked to my boarding
houses, in the market, in the farm, and etc.

s This week, I realized that having a houses hold and part time job
s is a good way to become a physically fit.

Reflection

This week, I fell stronger and happy because, I have my own part
time job and my weight is 43 changes to 46.

n 20kg, 30kg, and 40kg of fruits and vegetables in the market. In the
afternoon of Friday I and my best friend played basketball.
e Reflection
s This week, I doing houses hold and part time job in the market is
s a way to become a physically fit and to become a stronger than the
past years or mounts.

y was played volleyball in how many hours that we played.

Reflection

Playing volleyball and making a houses hold can helps me to


become a physically fit and stay healthy.

F Summary
i This weak I walked more or less 1.5 km every day from my family
t house going to the market of STA ANA Cagayan. I carried cut tress
after typhoon ompong was destroyed house tress and places of
n Cagayan. I washed many clothes and dishes after I carried cut tress
and after that I go back to my part time job in the market, I clean fruits
e and vegetable, I separate the reject and the goods of fruits and
vegetable.
s Reflection
s In this week, I feel head ache and tired because of lock work
and job.

D 4th October (24-30), 2018


i Summary
a This week, I carried 2buckets of water side by side, going to the
r bathroom every Monday to Friday. I walked 1km from my boarding
house going to school every Monday to Friday. I and my class mate
y was cleaned the surroundings of our campus of CSU and the lob
BSHIM.I washed cloths, I washed dishes, and cleaned the inside of my
boarding houses every day. I carried of fruits and vegetable in the
market, every Saturday and Sunday.

Reflection

This week I realized that sometimes I need to slow down once a


while in my work and my job to avoid losing weight and to have a
good rest.

n classmate was cleaned the pineapple farm of CSU Gonzaga. I carried
of fruits and vegetables in the market. I separate the reject and good
e fruits and vegetables. I and my friend was jogging in the side of the
high way.
s Reflection
s This week, I feel good and strong because, I have a lack of works
and part time job.

fruits and vegetables. In the afternoon of Friday I and my brothers was
played volleyball in how many hours that we played.

Reflection

This week, I felt healthier as I continued walking, working, playing


sports and house hold making as habit every day so that I have a
physically fit.

classmates was cleaned the surroundings of pineapple farm and in the
e afternoon of Friday I and my best friend played basketball.

s Reflection

s This week, I considered good habits to do house hold activity,


playing sports and walking as good exercise to make me physically fit
always.

good way and having such exercise makes me feel physically fit
especially walking every day playing basketball.

n physical fitness test (standing long jump, 1000 meter run, and relay). I

was remove the grass in surroundings of pineapple and in the
s afternoon I and my brothers was play basketball in the front our house.

This week, I doing daily household and doing a part time job is
