SUBJECT : Creation of the Committee for the Evaluation of the Final Output
(Book) of Dr. Samson L. Molao in view of his Sabbatical Leave

During the 3rd Special Meeting of the CFCST Board of Trustees on August 7, 2019, the
Board approved the creation of a Committee for the evaluation of the book of Dr.
Samson L. Molao to check whether or not the provisions of the Contract signed between
the latter and Foundation College.

As such, you are hereby created as Committee to effect such action by the CFCST
Board of Trustees. Moreover, you are also tasked to make a report of your observation to
be submitted in this office within 15 working from the receipt of this order for proper
action.
