Good day Respected Ma’am/Sir
With all due respect, I had applied in your institution for BS Nursing degree.
Luckily, I got selected but now I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not
be able to attend your school anymore due to my financial conditions. I hope you
will understand the genuine issue that led to this decision of getting my admission
cancelled. And since I live with my mother, we both are moving to our town this
week. Please consider giving my seat to any other candidate who is financially
able to afford her college fee.
Most respectfully, I want you to kindly cancel my admission so that I can apply
and submit my forms in other institution as well. And I look forward to refund
deposited fees which I submitted to this institution on June 14, 2019. I am sorry
for informing you about my financial condition after getting admission in this
college. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I shall be highly grateful to you. I hope I did not cause any incontinence.
