To: Owen County Public Officials i, es would like to petition that stricter guidelines be set for all festivals and/or gatherings that take place on public grounds where children under the age of 18 are present or could be present within the County of Owen, State of Indiana. These guidelines would forbid activities which are sexual and/or lewd in nature (IE: sexual products sold or provided at no cost, sexual and/or lewd actions, sexually suggestive performances, and sexual innuendos). Some examples would be, but not limited to: adult-related toys and products (IE: dildos, vibrators, mutilation products, BDSM products, etc.), drag queen contests where money and/or tokens are exchanged, or any sexually-charged performances that should not be viewed by chikiren under the age of 18. If these guidelines are not enforceable or cannot be established, then | ask that the above activities not be allowed on public grounds within the County of Owen, State of The above patition is in cooperation with the Morals Of America (MOA).
