LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF

SPOUSES ANTONIO LAWAS AND AMELITA GORRE LAWAS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, Spouses AAA and BBB, both of legal ages and are Filipino citizens, with residence in CCC,
Philippines, both of sound mind and memory, and not acting under undue influence, violence, fraud or
intimidation of whatever kind, do by these presents declare this to be our LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
which we have caused to be written in English, the language which is known to us, and hereby declare that:

1. We desire that our remains be buried according to the rites of the Roman Catholic Church and with
dignity suitable to our circumstances;

2. We give and bequeath to our daughter DDD and to our granddaughter, EEE, a parcel of land
covered by TCT No. xxx, Tax Declaration No. yyy, situated in the Barrio of DDD, City of Cebu.
Bounded on NE., containing an area of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN (387) square meters
together with the residential house standing on said parcel of land under T/D No. FFF111

3. We give and bequeath to our son GGG, married to HHH and to our grandson, III, a parcel of land
under TCT No. XXX222 City of Danao, containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY SIX (456)
square meters;

4. We give and bequeath to our son, JJJ, JR., married to KKK and children, a parcel of land under
Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. RRR; Danao City containing an area of ONE THOUSAND
THIRTY FOUR (1,034) square meters;

5. We designate SSS the sole executor of this Last Will and Testament;

6. We hereby direct the executor named herein should serve without bond;

7. We hereby revoke any and all other wills codicils, or testamentary dispositions heretofore
executed, signed, or published or alleged to have been executed, signed or published by us.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 4 th day of September 2019 at Cebu
City, Philippines.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE

We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, whose residences are stated opposite our respective
names, do hereby certify; That the testators, spouses AAA and BBB, has published unto us the foregoing
will consisting of three (3) pages numbered correlatively in figures on the lower part of each page, as their
Last Will and Testament and has signed the same on every page thereof, on the left margin in our joint
presence and we, in turn, at their request have witnessed and signed the same on every page thereof, on
the left margin, in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each and all of us.
