IRREVOCABLE AUTHORITY TO SELL

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

hereby authorized __________________________, of legal age, Filipino and resident of
_______________________________________, to SIGN AND SELL a parcel of land
particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 6849-A of the subdivision plan (LBA) PSD-429676 approved as
a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 6849, Imus Estate, L.R.A (CLR) Record
No. 8843, situated in the Barrio of Lancaan, Municipality of Dasmarinas, Province of
Cavite. . Containing and area of FOURTEEN THOUSAND (14,000) SQUARE
METERS, more or less.”

1. The negotiable selling price of the above-described real property is

3. All expenses such as but not limited to Capital Gains Tax, Real Property Tax and

4. This authority is valid until officially revoked by the undersigned.
