ABSTRACT
This thesis was developed under the line of research: developed models and application of
information and communication technologies, from the professional school of systems
engineering of the Catholic University Los Angeles De Chimbote; Its objective was: to enhance
the implementation of a computer system that allows expediting the management of orders placed
within restaurants, so it is necessary to implement a restaurant computer system for the rustic-
Lima company; 2019., by investigating the descriptive type of quantitative level developed under
the non-experimental, transectional design. The population was 50 employees and the sample
based on the entire population was selected from 25 of them; The data collection instrument used
the questionnaire using the survey technique, which yielded the following results: the dimension
the Analysis of the current situation was observed 96.00% of respondents did not approve the
Analysis of the current situation and 4.00 % if they approve the Analysis of the current situation.
With respect to the dimension of, Need to improve the computer system to expedite the
management of orders, it was observed that 80.00% affirm that it is necessary to expedite the
management of orders and 20.00% that not. As a scope of study the company is the beneficiary.
In conclusion, the present investigation of the implementation of a restaurant computer system
for the rustic company - Lima is demonstrated and justified; 2019.
La investigación fue del tipo descriptivo del nivel cuantitativo, desarrollado bajo el nivel
no experimental, se concluye que existe un alto nivel de insatisfacción por parte de los
trabajadores de la empresa rustica, como solución se consideró solucionar el problema
de agilizar la gestión de los pedidos realizados dentro de los restaurantes en cada una de
las mesas del establecimiento, en referencia al problema tienen la necesidad de realizar la

Como valor agregado se realizó una capacitación final a todos empleados y se realizó
un manual del sistema de restaurant rustica.
