properly prepared. X died subsequently after eating the plate of blowfish. May the
heirs file an action for his death? If so, what actions and to whom such may be

3. Mike, a pedestrian, died when he was run over by BLTB Bus. What actions may
be filed by his heirs and to whom such actions may be filed against?

4. Alice, 12, and Wendy, 13, and Tessa, 18, decided to play hide and seek. Tessa
played a joke on Alice and startled her. The latter turned out to have a heart
condition; thus resulting for her to have a heart attack. May the parents of Alice
file an action against the parents of Tessa? Would your answer be the same if
Tessa were a minor? Explain your answer with legal basis.
