DEMAND LETTER

To Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Juralbal,

We would like to remind you that sometime in September 2018, you have
personally written and signed a compromise agreement with Mr. and Mrs.
Vernon Flores. In this agreement, you acknowledged your indebtedness to the
Floreses, amounting to SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P60,000.00).

Most importantly, you also undertook to pay on or before October 31, 2018
on instalments amounting to FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) per month
until the indebtedness is fully satisfied, which in no case would exceed twelve
months.

Because of your failure to comply with your own promises, we are now
sending you this letter to formally demand that you pay your indebtedness to the
spouses Vernon within FIVE (5) DAYS from receipt. Your failure to pay within
this period would leave us no choice but to file charges against you: Worse, we
would be constrained to attach any of your property in order to satisfy the
amount you still owe.

You are hereby advised to contact our office in order to settle this matter as
soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
