(Lyrics)
But every time you hurt me, the less that I cry
And every time you leave me, the quicker these tears dry
And every time you walk out, the less I love you
Baby, we don't stand a chance, it's sad but it's true
No
No, no, no, no, no (I'm way too good at goodbyes)
No, no, no, no
No, no, no (I'm way too good at goodbyes)
(No way that you'll see me cry)
(I'm way too good at goodbyes)
'Cause every time you hurt me, the less that I cry
And every time you leave me, the quicker these tears dry
And every time you walk out, the less I love you
Baby, we don't stand a chance, it's sad but it's true
I'm way too good at goodbyes

Too Good At Goodbyes
“This song is about a relationship I was in and it’s basically about getting good at getting
dumped. People are going to see, this one as I’ve said is about me and something that I’ve
gone through.” – Sam Smith.
(History)
Samuel Frederick Smith, better known as Sam Smith, was born in England on May 19,
1992.
The pack got involved with the song, but fame began to show in 2012 when he released his
voice to the electronic duo Disclosure, not a single "Latch."
The following year, the singer attended the international audience for Naughty Boy's "La La
La" and published in EP entitled Nirvana.
The artist's debut album, which is a major worldwide highlight, was released in 2014 under
the title In The Lonely Hour. The material is responsible for the greatest hymns of the
romantics: "Stay with me."
The album is also integrated by "I'm not the only one." Smith confessed that a lyric of the hit
song is the fruit of unrequited love.
In the first half of 2015, the singer was nominated for six Grammy nominations and Won
Four of them: Record of the Year, for “Stay With Me”, Song of the Year, for the same song,
Breakthrough Artist and Best Pop Vocal Album, by In The lonely hour.
That same year, he also came to Brazil and made the presentation on the World Stage of
the Rock in Rio festival in September. He thrilled the present audience and cradled
passionate hearts.
