1. CONTRACTOR REMUNERATION
For performing the services SERVICES in accordance with the terms of this CONTRACT, it is
agreed that the remuneration payable to the CONTRACTOR shall be based on the services
SERVICES rendered and shall be calculated by the charges and conditions set forth below
and supported by discounted charges as given in CONTRACTOR’s Pricing Schedule attached.
2. PRICING CONDITIONS
2.1 Only those charges listed in this schedule will be allowed unless COMPANY gives
written instruction to the contrary. Any additional equipment/services shall be based
on applying a standardized ________ percent (%), "blanket" discount to the attached
CONTRACTOR’s price list.
1. MOBILISATION/DEMOBILISATION FEE
The COMPANY must pay the CONTRACTOR for providing the Services SERVICES at the
following rates:
The Standby Rate for the DRILL Drill STEM Stem TEST Test Equipment equipment will
commence when the equipment arrived on WORKSITE(s) and is fully operational and ready
for serviceSERVICE.
Standby Rate will end the day the CONTRACTOR’s Equipment EQUIPMENT leaves from the
final WORKSITE(s) for demobilization to the CONTRACTOR's local base of operation.

The Operating Rate for the Drill Stem Testing Equipment equipment will commence when
the Equipment equipment is used to perform DRILL STEM TEST Operations. Only one Rate
should apply.
Operating rates for all downhole components does not commence until tools go below the
rotary table and operating rates cease when tools are above the rotary table. If any
downhole components are deemed Lost in Hole, operational and standby charges will cease
upon declaration of items Lost in Hole.

The COMPANY reserves the right to reduce the quantity for each item to suit requirements. The
daily rate will be adjusted based on the quantity shipped. The CONTRACTOR shall provide
additional back up equipment, as required, but there will be no additional compensation to the
CONTRACTOR.
The CONTRACTOR shall provide the day rate for each position as per the attached price list and
shall specify the day rate that is applicable for this AgreementCONTRACT. The totals for each
rate will be calculated based on the COMPANY specified number of people. This quantity is
The Equipment Asset value is the CONTRACTOR's declared asset value as stipulated by
Indonesian Customs declaration for each item of subsurface or subsurface testing equipment
that is lost in the hole or damaged beyond repair. Indonesian Customs documentation must be
presented verifying declared value on all equipment Lost In Hole. If equipment was
manufactured in Indonesia a manufacturing invoice must be presented verifying the declared
value.
The Optional Equipment Value is the CONTRACTOR’S Optional Equipment Value in order to
purchase or utilizing assets whenever required by COMPANY. The Optional Equipment shall refer
to price list below :
The following estimated days and scope of service for each phase are estimated for the total
value calculation only and do not represent any commitment by the COMPANY. The cost of any
additional equipment, called out, will be at the rate specified in item 2.1 but is not itemized in
