• Order for services are accepted in good and Solutions Infini Technologies
(India) Private Limited (Solutions Infini) accepts no responsibility
whatsoever regarding the bonafide or the contents appearing on the said
website. No interviews or correspondence shall be entertained in respect of
any services provided by Solutions Infini

• Service buyer agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions

mentioned on the website bearing the URL address www.solutionsinfini.com
in addition to the terms and condition mentioned herein.

• Solutions Infini endeavors to render service as per best industry practices.

However, Solutions Infini also reserves the right to decline, change or
reschedule any service notwithstanding the acceptance of the order and
payment for the said service.

• Any error, questions or disputes noticed must be brought to the notice of

Solutions Infini within fifteen days from the date of invoice and It is the
primary responsibility of the buyer of the service to inform Solutions Infini
of any errors.

• However, if any defect is found genuine, these will be made good, by free
provision of the sad service after rectification of the said mistake. The
service buyer agrees not to claim any refund for any service containing
alleged material defects.

• All disputes and differences whatsoever arising out or in relation to the

contract or order of service, a billing collection therewith or otherwise or
breach thereof shall be referred for resolution to a sole Arbitration and
Conciliation Act 1996 together with all statutory amendments made
thereto. The award made in pursuance thereof shall be final and binding on
all the parties.

• The period of contract, services mentioned herein are not retroactive and is
not automatically renewable.

• Solutions Infini shall at all times be entitled to add to the charges, calculate
according to the rates and payable by the service buyer, an amount

 equivalent to any tax which Solutions Infini may be called upon to pay in
respect of any service hosted in pursuance of the request of the service
buyer.

• Solutions Infini is not bound by any terms or conditions imposed by the

service buyer, which are in conflict with those stated herein.

• Solutions Infini reserves the right to reject all order forms which have not
been properly and correctly filled in or where the amount tendered by the
service buyer is not as per the prescribed rates.

• In case of justified and accepted complaints Solutions Infini’ s liability is

restricted to a maximum of 25% of the amount paid against the order.
Solutions Infini bears no liability for any consequential loss of business or
other loss.

• The conditions stated herein and any other condition stipulated by Solutions
Infini from time to time shall govern the acceptance and provision of any
service.

• The service buyer hereby agrees and covenants to honor payment of all
cheques issued against this order form as well as all amounts standing due,
payable and arising out of the service/ transaction mentioned herein. The
service buyer hereby agrees not to dispute the right/ unconditional standing
instruction conferred hereby by them to Solutions Infini to deposit/redeposit
cheques at Solutions Infini’s sole discretion as many times as may be
required to recover the lawfully due amounts standing outstanding against
the amount of the said service buyer.

• The person signing the cheques agrees and accepts full responsibility for
honoring the cheque issued against this order form signed by him or any
other person/entity signing the order form as his agent and agrees to be
held liable for all criminal and civil liabilities arising out of dishonor of
cheque.

• Dishonor of any cheque or non-payment within reasonable period shall

result in automatic deactivation of the service at the sole discretion of
Solutions Infini. In addition and without prejudice the service buyer shall be
liable to pay Rs. 500/- on every dishonor of cheque as well as the entire
order form value, towards recovery of which Solutions Infini reserves its
right under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 as well other applicable
laws of India.

• A new Quote order form shall be rasied in case of revision of prices or

terms.

• No conversion of Prepaid account to postpaid module on the same account.

 • No transfer of credit from one user name to other username for all services.

• The Commercials mentioned above are subject to change/modification from

time to time depending.

• Solutions Infini has rights to cancel or reject the PO/Quote order any point
of time on the change in regulatory conditions or change in commercials
offered by Network Operator(s).
