NUTRITULA

1. Each section must create their own piece based on the theme and they will submit it on the given date.
2. The poem must have 8-15 stanzas
3. It could be in filipino or in english.
4. 1 representative per section will be given enough time to memorize the piece and he/she will present it on the given
date.

Criteria:
Content (40%)
- Have enough information and the message is relevance to the theme "Kumain nang wasto at maging aktibo...push
natin to"
Delivery (20%)
- Appropriate tone, clarity of the words, gestures and eye contact
Mastery of the piece (20%)
- Able to memorize the poem
Originality (20%)
- Poems are not from other contests, books or websites.
COOKFEST

1. Each team must have 2-4 members.


2. Each team must write their recipe to submit it to the organizers.
3. The participants must provide a Title Card which contains the title and the brief description of each of
the dishes on display. This must be submitted together with the Recipe Form. A five (5)-point
deduction from the total score shall be incurred for non-submission of the title card.
4. The title cards must be placed on the display area of the participant’s dishes prior to judging.
5. All competitors are requested to wear proper cooking attire.
6. All preparation and cooking of dishes, including garnishes, must be entirely made and crafted on the
spot. A team who brings in any cooked item will be disqualified. Before the competition starts, each
working area will be checked by the committee to ensure that no item (e.g., food and beverage) has
been brought in.
7. Every team should prepare two plates for each dish – one for display and another one to be served
to the judges for tasting.
8. Entreé/Main Course should have Okra only as meat.
9. The participants will be given a total of three 2 ½ hours broken down into four (2) segments. Dish is to be served and
displayed at the end of each segment.
Segment 1 (2 hrs): Preparation, cooking, plating and final touch for entrée or main course
Segment 2 (30 min): Clean up, organization of the competition area, and writing of recipes
10. One team will be declared as Grand Winners. Teams who will garner top scores in the different
categories shall also be recognized.
Taste and Nutritional Value (40%)

- The dish should be nutritionally well balanced, the okra with the other ingredients should taste well together.

Originality and creativity (30%)

-The recipes are not copied from the internet,books, or others.

Visual appeal (20%)


- This includes plating or the presentation of the dish made by the contastants

Cleanliness (10%)
- The contestants should wear proper attire and must clean their areas before, during, and after cooking.
SINAYAWANG GULAY

As a celebration for the Nutrition Month this July, the Supreme Student Government of NavScie come up with a theme
“Kumain ng wasto at maging aktibo…Push natin to!” and prepared different events and ways to promote healthy lifestyle
in our school. One of the competitions prepared is the Sinayawang gulay.
Sinayawang gulay is a competition that aims to promote healthy lifestyle through dancing as it also showcase the talent
and activeness of the Navscie students.

Mechanics
1. Each sections is encouraged to join this event
2. Participants should provide atleast 25 members per section to dance.
3. The performance time will last for about 5-10 minutes.
4. Students can use a song of their choice.
5. Having an instructor is strictly not allowed. Anyone caught having an instructor will have a deduction of points.

Criteria for Judging

Relevance to the theme: (40%)


- The dance that will be presented must be related to the theme, the participants must show a form of healthy lifestyle
through their dance.

Synchronization and creativity (30%)


- The creativity and synchronization of the dance is graded as well, the dance is not just about being relevant or
connected to the theme it is also graded on how creative they are in presenting or showing a healthy lifestyle through
their dance.
Originality (20 %)
- Originality is also part of judging, the dance they will present must be originally made by them.
Overall presentation (10%)
- And last, the overall presentation of the dance and its audience impact will be graded.
NUTRIGANSTER

1. Each section must have 2 pairs of representatives for the said competition.
2. All interested participants must consult on their section's SSG representative to be able to join.
3. Each pair must bring a 1/4 illustration board and coloring materials of their choice.
4. The pair would decide on how they would utilize the illustration board or on how they are going to fit the slogan and
poster in the illustration board.
5. The poster and slogan must be relevant to the theme which is "Kumain nang wasto at maging aktibo...Push natin 'to!"
6. They may use Filipino or English language on making the slogan.
7. The main contest will be on _ and will be held on _.
8. There would be 3 pairs of winner:
1st place
2nd place
3rd place
9. The outputs would be judged by the criteria below:
●Relevance to the theme (30%)
- The slogan and the poster must be relevant and connected to the theme which is "Kumain ng wasto at maging aktibo,
push natin 'to! - 30%

● Originality (30%)

- The slogan and the poster are not copied from internet, books and etc.
● Cleanliness (10%)
- The slogan and the poster must be clean as well as the place where the pair made it - 10%
● Creativity (30%)
- The colors of the poster and slogan shall complement to each other and it must also be attractive 30%
