- On-going fabrication and production of structural BOS (solar bracket, clamp, railings, etc.) in
China after completing the design and submitting it to the supplier
- On-going discussion with maam Tere Manio and Mr. Mike on the smooth delivery of solar

- Final inspection is scheduled next week for all 12-Affiliate projects. This is needed to finalize
solar panel lay-out and wiring and inverter location

LLI SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM:

- Requested Mr. Pang of Longi to send the manual for the monitoring system. No update as of this
writing. The manual is needed to understand how the monitoring system works to help monitor
the performance of the solar power system
- Request to absorb JP Pavilion as Maintenance Officer for Altersun. He will perform regular
monitoring of LLI Solar Power System performance and that of Northfield Lab and Agrivet in the
future. He will also be the lead installer for 12-Affiliates Solar Installation

- Initial quotation was provided by Electro-Mechanical Energy Solutions Inc. for the Construction
of Transmission Line
- Total price for the Design and Construction of Transmission Line from Buenar to LLI is PHP
2,907,450.00

TRANSCEND WAREHOUSE:

- Initial quotation was provided by Electro-Mechanical Energy Solutions Inc. for the Construction
of Transmission Line
- Total price for the Design and Construction of Transmission Line from Buenar to LLI is PHP
4,284,600.00

OTHER ACTIVITIES:

- Meeting with Manpower Agencies are scheduled next to finalize manpower outsourcing for the
12-Affiliate Solar Installation

SUPPORT NEEDED:

- Approval of approx.. PHP200,000 budget in purchasing Additional Tools and Materials needed
for the installation of solar power systems for the 12-Affiliate project
- Review of PV Installation Service Agrement (Contract)
- Use of Warehouses at 18th Avenue, Europrint and Transcend for the temporary staging of the
incoming solar panels and components
- Need to decide whether to use Solar Net Metering for the 12-Affiliate project or not
