Campaign Specialist Job Description:

Campaign Management
 Experience/Expertise in working within a Digital Marketing (with a focus on Social
Media) environment with fair understanding of the Digital Marketing Landscape
 Conceptualize and run end to end Social Media Campaigns
 The ability to cross-pollinate online and offline campaigns to maximize ROI
 Manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media
purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from
analysts and customers)
 Build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences

Hands-on
 Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Products (such as Photoshop, Illustrator,
etc.), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
 Ability to craft compelling content (both visual and written) that audiences with
limited attention spans can absorb

Contemporary
 Understanding of present day marketing trends, tools, methodologies that are used to
achieve both organic and inorganic traffic and mindshare.

Professional Skills
 Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams including collaboration with the
marketing, design and technology teams
 Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven
atmosphere
 Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and ideas
 Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects/business
development requests proactively
 Knowledge and/or experience/expertise working with popular social media
monitoring tools (Radian 6, Sysomos, Sprinklr) and popular social media
management tools like (TweetDeck, HootSuite, etc) is a plus
