The Book Of John John 3:19-24

for educators
And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather
than the light because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light
and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. But whoever does what is true
comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God. After
this Jesus and His disciples went into the Judean countryside, and He remained there with them and
was baptizing. John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because water was plentiful there, and
people were coming and being baptized (for John had not yet been put in prison).

There’s a Word for that! Beautiful

Have you ever looked at the beauty of your colleagues? Even those with whom we do not
associate socially, there is beauty in everything and everyone that God has created.

Isaiah 52:7– How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of Him Who brings good news of
happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, "Your God reigns."

Dear Heavenly Father,

Give us eyes to see beauty, Lord. You have shown
us in Your word that the feet of those who bring
Y

good news, who publish salvation and who say to

Zion, “Our God reigns” are beautiful. Thank You for
the Good News Lord. Help us to have a heart for
our colleagues and their salvation. Let us see them
as beautifully created as You see them. Thank you
A

Lord for eyes that see Your way. We ask in the

beautiful name of Jesus. Amen.

Meditation for the month

D

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on
its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the
truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7
