Dauin, Negros Oriental consisting an area of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY
(360) SQUARE METERS MORE OR LESS.
That hereby certify and state that the afore-described parcel of land
is free from all liens and encumbrances and that I have the right or all the
qualifications and none of the disqualification to sell, transfer and convey
title thereof, and that I will defend the same against all claims of any kind
and all persons whoever regarding its ownership;

of its adjudicators, the DAR, the Courts or at the Office of the President.

We, SPOUSES ROMUALDO A. PINO & NOEMI D. PINO of legal
ages ,Filipinos, with residence and postal address at 333 Capt. T. Amores Drive,
Pulantubig, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
That the above mentioned parcel of land is not tenanted nor cultivated by an
agricultural lessee in the concept of Land Reform;
That my total landholdings in the whole Philippines does not exceed five (5)
hectares;
That I execute this Affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts and in compliance
with the Department of Agrarian Reform ( DAR) Administrative Order No. 1, Series of
1989 as well as to show proof that land subject or above-mentioned transaction is a
retention or portion a retention area.
