You cannot listen to a conversation properly and read something else at the same time. This
is what the young psychiatrist at the Woolloongabba Community Health Centre did. Not
only did he fail to comprehend what I was saying and neglect to do the basics of a
psychiatric examination, what he was reading was false, defamatory and contradictory but
he accepted it without evaluating its veracity. After the 45 minute appointment on 4
September 2019, which I attended under duress. he negligently accused me of
“preoccupation”, “persecutory delusions” justifying a “working diagnosis of schizophrenia”
and said he was increasing the abusive Paliperidone (Invega) injections that I have been
subjected to by a series of corrupt, incompetent psychiatrists employed by the Metro South
Hospital and Health Service (MSHHS).
Joseph graduated in 2003 from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) in
Karnataka, India. That would mean that he is in his late thirties, though he looks younger. He
told me he is from Kerala and was surprised that I knew they spoke Malayalam there. I told
him about the similarity between the Malayalam and Singhala scripts and the historical
reasons for this but he was not interested.
I told him I wanted to discuss my work with him and told him about the Holistic University
Network, Global Peace Network, Dr Romesh’s Bird Sanctuary and HUB Music. I told him I
was mentally and physically well that I have over 13,000 Linkedin connections and over
3500 Facebook friends, some of whom I have known since childhood. This was to refute the
claim in the report he was reading that my only significant social support was my aged
mother, Kamalini. He said it seemed far-fetched to believe that I was locked up for my
criticism of the medical profession and for “going against” my father, Brian Senewiratne. He
said that It sounded like my father was concerned about human rights and disbelieved that
he was abusive to me and my mother (he didn’t ask about details). Throughout the
interview, which he terminated after 45 minutes, he was reading the “Clinical Report” for
the MHRT prepared by Nigel Lewin and Tarun Sehgal and submitted to the last MHRT
hearing. I refused to attend this hearing after losing my last appeal, saying with good reason
that they are traumatic and biased in favour of the hospitals where the hearings are held
(less than 5% of applicants are successful and never so if they disagree with the “diagnosis”
– this is called “lack of insight”),. The MHRT allows for about half an hour for the hearing and
it takes longer than that to read the long report that the PA Hospital has been adding to and
amending over the years).

The appointment with Anup Joseph was made by a male nurse who guarded me when I was
locked up in the past by the name of Ian McKenzie. McKenzie hand-delivered a note to my
letter box two days before the appointment and I spoke to him on the phone on Monday 2
September after speaking briefly to Anup Joseph who I called through the Princess
Alexandra (PA) switch: 617-3176-2111. When Joseph realised who I was (I told him I was Page | 2
suffering from hypersalivation and other side-effects from the last injection and had also
developed back pain and sciatica he said he was ‘doing things’ and could not speak to me.
He said that I would need to come to the clinic and refused my request for a phone
discussion. I told him he was being very rude to a medical colleague and he responded that
he did not mean to be rude. McKenzie told me that if I failed to attend the appointment
they would probably issue an ATR (authority to return) and send out the police to take me
back to the hospital (where I would be injected anyway and probably locked up as well).
I attended the appointment on time (3.30 pm) and was kept waiting about 15 minutes. Ian
McKenzie (who I recognised) and Anup Joseph (who I had never met) came out together
and I was led down the long corridor to a small windowless room with a computer on the
desk and three chairs. I sat on the chair next to the desk where Anup Joseph was sitting. I
noted that he looked young and conservative and that he wore glasses (like almost all the
PA Hospital psychiatrists). He didn’t look mean and I was polite to him and tried to engage
him in conversation. I had come prepared with two of my publications, my thesis “the
Politics of Schizophrenia” (300 pages which I wrote between 1997 and 2001) and “Eugenics
and Genocide in the Modern World: the Cause of the AIDS Epidemic?” (600 pages that I
wrote between 2008 and 2001). I told him that my sciatica had resolved with my own
therapy, including yoga, calisthenics and music therapy but that I was suffering from
hypersalivation (drooling), slurred speech and numbness in my toes and had been sterilized
by the injections. I had previously complained about these adverse effects of the
Paliperidone injections to Balaji Motamarri (the Medical Director of the Metro South
Addiction and Mental Health Services) and the previous psychiatrists – Tarun Sehgal, Mark
Taylor and Ghazala Watt and the “case managers” Ian McKenzie, Nigel Lewin and Raghavan
Raman (all of who are trained as psychiatric nurses). Despite these adverse effects and the
lack of clinical indication for antipsychotic drugs the dose was not reduced. Ghazala Watt
had increased the dose from 75 to 100 mg, Tarun Sehgal reduced it back to 75 mg but
reported to the Mental Health Review Tribunal (MHRT) that I had not only paranoid
schizophrenia, but “specific personality disorders” as well!

Anup Joseph is an arrogant, incompetent doctor who knows little about Australia and the Australian
people and their diverse backgrounds. He understands nothing about family dynamics, abusive
families or even his own discipline, psychiatry. He should not be allowed to work anywhere and
should be in jail for heinous human rights abuses, criminal negligence and corruption. Poisoning
people, especially medical colleagues who are senior to him, more experienced and wiser by far is a
serious crime. These are toxic drugs with well documented adverse effects and long-term risks. They
are also very expensive. Each injection costs the taxpayer hundreds of dollars. The profits go to the
dispensing pharmacists and drug companies – the PA Hospital has a corrupt arrangement with a
young Fijian Indian chemist by the name of Saniel Chand who owns the Chempro chemist shop just
across the road from the PA Hospital. Chand bought the shop from Terry White, who was
outrageously and corruptly the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the PA Hospital for many years.
This is evidence of egregious corruption at the hospital.

Criminal Cabal of Indian Psychiatrists

Anup Joseph, who increased the abusive injection of Paliperidone when I saw
him on Wednesday (4 September) is a member of a criminal cabal of corrupt

psychiatrists working in Queensland. The president of the Queensland branch
of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is a
crooked Indian shrink by the name of Mohan Gilhotra who has been facilitating
young Indian psychiatrists getting jobs in the public hospital system but the
problem of gangs of Indian shrinks drugging Australians and locking them up
has been going on for decades, since the corrupt Varghese Family from Kenya
(originally from Kerala in South India) rose to power in the 1970s.
I have known the Varghese family since 1978, when I entered the University of
Queenland (UQ) to study medicine in the same batch as Paul Varghese, the
youngest of seven siblings, six of whom were boys. Their father, George
Varghese was a history lecturer at the University of Queensland (during the
White Australia Policy when he covered up the history of racism and genocide)
and they lived in a large house close to the university that I have visited on
many occasions including for meals with several of brothers, two of whom
were psychiatrists (John and Thomas who goes by the name of 'Frank" though
this is not his real name). One brother (Basil) is a Catholic priest and Peter
Varghese is now the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Queensland after
working as a diplomat and spy (he was involved in the Australian invasion of
Iraq and was head of one of Australia's spy agencies as well as working as the
Ambassador to India). Paul has been the Director of Geniatrics at the Princess
Alexandra Hospital (PAH) for many years and "Frank" (Thomas) was the
corrupt director of psychiatry at the same hospital for some years. His son,
Daniel was also employed as a psychiatrist by the PAH and was put in charge of
locking me up and chemically torturing me between 2009 and 2012, when he
left the hospital to go into private practice with other members of his powerful
family (called "Varghese Psychiatry")
Daniel Varghese locked me up on the instigation of my father Brian
Senewiratne who worked at the PAH from the time we arrived in Australia in
1976 until he was sacked in 2001. He first got me locked up when I was
working as a family doctor in Melbourne (in 1995) with the help of his
childhood friend Dr Chelvarayan Barr Kumarakulasinghe who is married to my
mother's cousin Nirmalini (Nirma). Nirma was my piano teacher in Sri Lanka
when we lived in Kandy. She was an appalling teacher and had the effect of

stopping me playing piano for 20 years, I hated my tuesday evening music

lessons which were held in their small house at the Peradeniya University. Barr
is trained as a general surgeon and operated in me as well as both my
grandparents when we lived in Sri Lanka. He was a member of what my father,
Brian Senewiratne, called his "war council" and was one of what he called his Page | 21
"Tamil brothers" (along with Mutthiah Kanagarajah, Victor Benjamin and
Arthur Sinnathamby all of whom migrated to Australia). These were the real
bosses - the professional bosses of the Eelam Wars in Sri Lanka, which they
orchestrated from Australia and London, with finance from the USA and
Canada. I have published some of the results of my investigations into the
LTTE's international operations on the HUB Forensics page.
The bosses and architects of the Eelam Wars were led by my father, who is of
Singhalese ethnicity but hates the language, culture and people. He makes
much of being a "rare Sinhalese who campaigns for the Tamils" but the truth is
that he also hates the Tamil people of whom he is jealous. He is a very
competitive, ambitious man who wanted to be made the first professor of
medicine in the new country (Tamil Eelam) if his side (the Tamil Tigers) won
the war. He harboured the ambition secretly for many years (as well as the
ambition to be made the president of Tamil Eelam) but declared it openly on
stage in Canada (Toronto) in 2008 at the Tamil Pongu event organized by the
Tamil Tigers in Canada when they knew they were going to lose the war.
Anup Joseph said that I have "persecutory delusions", "preoccupation" with my
father and a "paranoid delusion" that my father supported the Tamil Tigers.
"The Tamil Tigers are long gone" he said. He said that it seemed "far-fetched"
to believe that my father got me locked up for going against him. He cited this
as justification for a "working diagnoisis of schizophrenia" and for increasing
the dose of the injection despite my complaints to him and to the previous
shrinks of side-effects and lack of clinical justification for the use of
antipsychotic drugs. These shrinks include Tarun Sehgal who is also Indian and
said I had not only 'paranoid schizophrenia' but 'personality disorders' as well.
Throughout the 45 minute interview that I was forced to attend under threat
of being locked up again, Anup Joseph was reading the notes made by a series
of psychiatrists and psych registrars for the Mental Health Review Tribunal
(MHRT) called a "clinical report". This was originally written in 2009 by Daniel
Varghese's registar Steven Bower who did what can only be called a character
assassination. Since then the report has been amended and added to by Daniel
Varghese's next registrar David Nguyen (who made the character assassination
more thorough), Subramanian Puroshothaman (who is an Indian Tamil and a
supporter of the Tigers as well as my father and kept me locked up for several
weeks in 2012), Jo Loftus (a clueless woman in high-heeled boots who saw me
a few times an outpatient), Justin O'Brien (a thick and corrupt Australian
Mormon with a degree from Ireland and a business degree from Melbourne
who locked me up for several weeks in 2015 while my father ransacked my Page | 22
possessions and destroyed my businesses), Sagir Parkar (a fat Indian psychiatry
registrar who reported to Paul Schneider and was brought to my house by
Nigel Lewin shortly after he arrived in Australia), Jumoke Banjo (an arrogant
Nigerian woman with a degree from the University of Ibadan who kept me
locked up for a couple of weeks, again on the instigation of my father, in 2017)
Ghazala Watt (a youngish Pakistani shrink that I have written about and has
now left the "service" who asked me what I had against the Tamil Tigers and
had never heard of the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative and insinuted that my
interest in it was pathological) and Tarun Sehgal (who took over from Watt and
continued to keep me on an illegal treatment authority and refused to stop, or
even reduce, the abusive Paliperidone injections).
Anup Joseph graduated in Manipal in India in 2003. I told him that I am very
much senior to him, having graduated at the University of Queensland in 1983.
he admitted that he had not written any books or recorded any music and
does not even have a Linkedin profile or any publications. He said that it's not a
question of seniority, because I am "under the Mental Health Act".
It takes a lot to make me angry but this corrupt, incompetent, arrogant fool
made me furious. As a result of the injection I am dribbling on knees while I
type. The injections cause hypersalivation, which is socially embarassing. It is
an example of cruel Belgian chemical warfare by Janssen-Cilag from whom I am
claiming $500 billion compensation. I plan to use the money to provide free
education through the Holistic University Network. I told told Anup Joseph of
my intention to sue and report his actions to the police. The problem is that
the Australian police, both State and Federal are both incompetent and
corrupt. The AFP investigation into my father, which lasted a few months in
2009 found that there was no substance to the allegations that he supported
the Tamil Tigers!
